Refund Policy
Here at flightcrewstuff.com our refund policy works in one of two ways.
For a customized order
Due to the custom nature of the product, a customized order cannot be placed back into inventory, so refunds are only allowed in the event that you receive the item in a damaged condition, if the quality of the product is not as advertised, or if the customization is not to agreed specifications. Such circumstances are served by a 30 day return policy. 30 days being from the date of purchase to the date that you first email us about your concern. Just send an email to norm@flightcrewstuff.com detailing your concerns. feel free to add a photo of the product you recieved.
For a stock order
For a product that is part of our normal stock offerings that can be resold in new condition, our refund policy is 30 days from date of purchase to the post mark date on your return package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Up to 5 days from receipt of the item in new condition you will receive a refund for the product. With the product you are returning, be sure to include your contact information and order number/receipt so that we can locate and process your return.
